The part other people don’t always see

IBS can take up a lot of space

Not just in your gut. In your thoughts, your plans, your food choices, and the way you approach meals, social events, workdays, holidays and everyday routines.

What should I eat? Is this symptom normal? What do I try next? Does this advice apply to me?
  • Thinking about your symptoms before you leave the house.
  • Checking menus before you agree to plans.
  • Wondering whether a flare-up is around the corner.
  • Questioning foods you used to eat without thinking.
  • Saving posts, reading articles and trying to decide which advice actually applies to you.

What if the missing piece isn’t more information?

You may already have plenty of advice. The harder part is knowing how to apply it to real life — especially when symptoms change, a flare-up happens or you feel unsure about your next step.

Discover ongoing support
Hi, I’m Aleks

Specialist IBS support that continues beyond a single appointment

Aleks Jagiello BSc (Hons), MSc, RD

I’m a Registered Dietitian specialising in IBS and digestive health. For over 10 years, I’ve supported people at many different stages of their IBS journey.

I noticed that support often arrives in short bursts. Someone leaves a consultation with a plan, then a new symptom, meal out or busy week brings fresh questions. Those moments are rarely solved by another Google search.

That is what inspired me to create the IBS Support Cycle: a practical place to learn, ask questions and keep building confidence over time.

  • You spend a lot of time researching symptoms, foods and possible solutions.
  • You’ve tried different approaches but still feel unsure where to focus.
  • You want reliable support between appointments.
  • You’d like access to an IBS specialist dietitian without intensive 1:1 coaching.
  • You want practical, evidence-based information rather than generic advice.
  • You’re looking for ongoing support rather than another course to complete alone.

Amanda, IBS-D client
Through personalised support and practical guidance, Amanda developed greater confidence around food, successfully reintroduced foods and reported significantly fewer IBS flares.
Frequently asked questions

Questions before you join?

Do I need a formal IBS diagnosis to join?
The membership offers education and support, not diagnosis. If you have ongoing digestive symptoms and have not spoken with a healthcare professional, please do that first. Contact The Digital Dietitian if you are unsure whether the membership is suitable for you.
Is this suitable for IBS-C, IBS-D and mixed IBS?
The membership covers a range of IBS experiences, including constipation, diarrhoea, urgency, bloating and mixed symptoms. Individual needs vary, and the membership does not replace personalised medical or dietetic assessment.
Will I need to follow the low FODMAP diet?
No. The low FODMAP diet may be discussed as one possible evidence-based management option, but joining does not mean you must follow it. The membership is designed to help you understand different options and take relevant, practical next steps.
How is this different from a 1:1 consultation?
The IBS Support Cycle is an ongoing education and support membership with workshops, resources, community and access to questions. It does not include a full personalised dietetic assessment or replace individual medical care.
How do I ask questions?
You can ask questions inside the Kajabi community or message Aleks directly. Members can send up to three questions at a time and can expect a response within 48 hours.
What if I can’t attend a live workshop?
All workshops and Q&As are recorded, so you can watch them when it suits you.
How much time do I need each week?
There is no fixed weekly schedule. Use the learning hub, resources and recordings at your own pace, and access support when a question or real-life challenge comes up.
Can I cancel?
The monthly option has a minimum three-month commitment, while the upfront option covers three months. Please review the current cancellation and renewal terms shown at checkout before purchasing.
