IBS can take up a lot of space
Not just in your gut.
In your thoughts.
In your plans.
In your food choices.
In the way you approach meals, social events, work days, holidays and everyday routines.
You might find yourselfÂ
- Thinking about your symptoms before you leave the house.
- Checking menus before you agree to plans.
- Wondering whether a flare-up is around the corner.
- Questioning foods you used to eat without thinking.
- Saving posts, reading articles, listening to podcasts and trying to work out which advice actually applies to you.
Over time, managing IBS can start to feel like something you’re carrying in the background all day.
And when you’re trying to make sense of it on your own, that mental load can become exhausting.
When it feels like you've tried everything, it's really hard to keep experimenting
You’ve researched symptoms.
You’ve read about the low FODMAP diet.
You’ve wondered whether gluten, dairy, stress, caffeine, hormones, meal timing, fibre, probiotics or something else could be involved.
You may have tried cutting foods out, downloading IBS guides, and following experts online. You may have started making changes, only to feel unsure whether they were helping.
Then the symptoms change.
A flare catches you by surprise.
A new question appears.
Something you thought you understood starts feeling unclear again.
Before long, you’re back searching for answers and trying to decide what to do next.
That is one of the hardest parts of living with IBS: the constant decision-making.
- What should I eat?
- Should I avoid that food?
- Is this symptom normal?
- Should I be worried about this?
- What do I try next?
- Which advice actually applies to me?
Information can be useful, but it doesn’t always tell you what deserves your attention right now.
What if the missing piece isn’t more information?
Many people living with IBS already have plenty of information.
They’ve collected advice, downloaded resources, saved posts and tried to understand their symptoms as best they can.
The challenge is often knowing how to apply that information to real life.
- How do you make sense of your symptoms when they keep changing?
- How do you know which advice is relevant to you?
- What do you do when a flare-up happens?
- How do you keep moving forward when life gets busy?
This is where ongoing support can make a real difference.
Because living with IBS isn't just about learning new information. It's about knowing where to turn when symptoms change, questions come up or something that once felt manageable suddenly feels less clear.
Having access to evidence-based guidance, the opportunity to ask questions and support as you put information into practice can make the journey feel much less overwhelming.
Creating more room for life beyond IBS doesn't always begin with a perfect plan or a symptom-free week.
Sometimes it starts with feeling more supported.
Having a clearer sense of direction.
And knowing you don't have to figure everything out on your own.
Hi, I’m Aleks
I’m Aleks Jagiello BSc (Hons), MSc, RD, a Registered Dietitian specialising in IBS and digestive health.
Over the past 9 years, I’ve supported people at many different stages of their IBS journey.
Some are newly diagnosed and unsure where to begin, while others have spent years trying different diets, supplements and strategies without feeling clear on what is actually helping.
One thing I’ve noticed repeatedly is that support often arrives in short bursts.
Someone might leave a consultation with a plan, make progress, and then find themselves facing new questions a few weeks later:
- A symptom changes.
- A meal out brings new uncertainty.
- Life gets busy.
- Something that felt manageable suddenly feels overwhelming.
Those moments are rarely solved by another Google search. They’re often the moments when having support matters most.
That is what inspired me to create the IBS Support Cycle.
Introducing the IBS Support Cycle
An ongoing support membership for people with IBS who want practical guidance, trusted resources and expert support as they navigate symptoms, food decisions, flare-ups and everyday life.
Inside the IBS Support Cycle, you’ll have a place to learn, ask questions, access evidence-based guidance and feel supported as you manage your gut.Â
It is designed to help you spend less time trying to work everything out alone and more time focusing on the things that matter to you.
Inside the IBS Support Cycle, you’ll be supported to:
Â
Understand your IBS more clearly
so you can make better sense of your symptoms and the management options available to you.
Focus on the steps that are most relevant to you
right now, rather than feeling pulled in different directions by conflicting advice.
Apply information in real life
whether you’re planning meals, eating out, traveling.
Ask questions as they arise
rather than waiting for a future appointment or searching online for reassurance.
Access reliable resources in one place
so you can spend less time searching and more time taking practical steps forward.
Feel less alone in the process
with community support from people navigating similar challenges.
Create more room for life beyond IBS
so your symptoms, food choices and unanswered questions take up less of your attention and energy over time.
Client Success Story
"Changed my life completely with the resources and advice received and I felt very supported the whole way. I don't think I could have asked for better support with this issue." — Julia, IBS-C client
After years of living with IBS-C, Julia developed greater confidence managing symptoms, expanded the foods she could eat and gained a clearer understanding of her triggers.
What does "more room" look like?
Creating more room for life beyond IBS will look different for everyone.
For one person, it might mean going out for a meal without spending the whole day worrying about it. For someone else, it might mean feeling more comfortable introducing foods back into their diet.
Sometimes it looks like:
Enjoying meals out with more ease
No longer needing to plan your whole day around food or your gut.
Traveling with greater confidence
Feeling more prepared for holidays, work trips or social occasions.
Spending less time thinking about symptoms
Having IBS take up less mental space day-to-day.
Having a plan when symptoms flare
Feeling more prepared when symptoms change.
Feeling supported along the way
Accessing support from people who understand.
Knowing where to turn with questions
Asking questions as they arise rather than searching online.
The important thing is that IBS gradually stops taking up quite so much of your time, attention and energy.
Because there's so much more to life than planning your day around your gut.

IBS Support Cycle
Monthly Workshops & Q&As
Each month, you’ll be invited to a live workshop or Q&A session focused on topics that matter to the community.
Topics may include: bloating, constipation, diarrhoea and urgency, the low FODMAP diet, food reintroductions, eating out & travel with IBS, stress and the gut-brain connection, building sustainable habits for long-term symptom management
Members can also vote on future topics, helping shape the support they receive.
All sessions are recorded and available to watch whenever it suits you.
This helps you continue building your knowledge over time, while getting support on the topics that matter most to you right now.
Your Getting Started Call
Every new member begins with a Getting Started Call.
This is your opportunity to tell me more about your symptoms, challenges and goals, ask questions and discuss how the membership can best support you.
Many members join feeling unsure where to focus first.
The Getting Started Call helps you identify your next steps and start the membership with greater clarity and direction.
Direct Access to Aleks
Inside the IBS Support Cycle, you can ask questions through the community or message me directly.
Members can send up to three questions at a time and receive a response within 48 hours.
Having access to support when questions arise can often help you move forward with greater clarity and reassurance.
Community Support
Living with IBS can sometimes feel surprisingly isolating.
Friends and family may be supportive, but they don’t always understand the practical decisions, worries and frustrations that can come with managing symptoms.
Inside the Kajabi community, you’ll be surrounded by people navigating similar challenges.
A place where you can ask questions, celebrate progress, learn from others and feel supported by people who genuinely understand what you’re navigating.
Sometimes reading someone else’s question can help you realise you weren’t the only person wondering the same thing.
Structured Learning Hub
The learning hub is designed to help you build knowledge gradually, with content organised in a way that feels easier to follow and revisit.
You can work through the materials at your own pace and return to them whenever you need a reminder, a practical tool or a clearer explanation.
This means you don't have to remember everything at once or search for information every time a new question comes up.
Resource Library
Access a growing library of practical IBS resources, guides, checklists, workshop recordings, symptom tools and educational materials.
The aim is to give you reliable information in one place, so you don’t have to keep searching through multiple sources every time a new question comes up.

Who is the IBS Support Cycle forÂ
IBS Support Cycle may be a good fit if:
✔️ You feel overwhelmed by conflicting IBS advice
✔️ You spend a lot of time researching symptoms, foods and possible solutions
✔️ You’ve tried different approaches but still feel unsure where to focus
✔️ You want reliable support between appointments
✔️ You’d like access to an IBS specialist dietitian without needing intensive 1:1 coaching
✔️ You want practical, evidence-based information rather than generic advice
✔️ You want somewhere to ask questions when you’re unsure what to do next

Trying to manage IBS alone vs IBS Support Cycle
There is a big difference between managing IBS alone and navigating it with ongoing support:
Trying to manage IBS alone
❌ Searching multiple websites for answers
❌ Wondering whether the advice applies to you
❌ Feeling unsure what to focus on next
❌ Turning to social media for reassurance
❌ Trying to solve every challenge independently

Expectations
IBS Support Cycle is designed to provide ongoing education, resources, community and access to support.
It does not replace individual medical care, diagnosis or personalised dietetic assessment.
If you have ongoing digestive symptoms and haven’t yet spoken to a healthcare professional, I would encourage you to do so.
The membership is here to support you with evidence-based education, practical tools and guidance, and to help you feel less alone as you navigate IBS.
