What we’ll cover
During your consultation, we’ll explore your symptoms, relevant health history, everyday routine and current concerns. This helps Aleks understand the wider picture and work with you to agree clear, personalised next steps that feel realistic for your life.
Before your consultation
- Intake form: You’ll receive this after booking. Please complete it at least 24 hours before your consultation so Aleks has time to review it.
- Three-day food and symptom diary: This will also be sent to you after booking. Please complete it before your appointment to help identify any useful patterns to discuss.
- Zoom details: Your joining information will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.
- Anything you’d like to discuss: Keep a short note of any questions or concerns you’d particularly like to cover during the appointment.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.
